Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks seedless, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice optional for tang
  • 10 fresh mint leaves mint leaves optional garnish and flavor
  • to taste honey or sugar optional sweetener
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Place the watermelon chunks, lime juice, honey or sugar, and ice into the blender.

  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and the ice is fully crushed, approximately 30-60 seconds. Check for smoothness and color consistency.
  3. Pause the blender and briefly stir with a spatula if necessary to ensure even blending, then blend again for a few seconds.
  4. Once the mixture is thick, frothy, and uniformly pink, turn off the blender.
  5. Pour the watermelon smoothie into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately while chilled.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and acidity levels to taste. For a more icy texture, add extra ice during blending.
