- Place the watermelon cubes into the blender, ensuring they are evenly distributed for smooth blending. Cover with the lid.
- Blend on high speed until the watermelon is fully pureed and the mixture is smooth, about 30-40 seconds. Observe the consistency and ensure no large chunks remain.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, using a spoon or spatula to press the liquid through and remove pulp and seeds for a clear juice.
- Juice the lime using a citrus press or juicer, then add the fresh lime juice and whole mint leaves to the strained watermelon liquid in the pitcher.
- Stir in honey or agave syrup if desired, then refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to chill and allow the mint to infuse the flavor.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled watermelon mixture over the ice, and garnish with additional mint leaves or lime slices if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave. For a sparkling effect, top each glass with a splash of club soda before serving.
