Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed without seeds
  • 1 lime fresh lime juice about 2 tablespoons
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Place the cubed watermelon into the blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until the watermelon is completely puréed and smooth, about 30 seconds. You should see a vibrant pink liquid with no large chunks remaining.
  3. Pour the purée through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing gently with the back of a spoon to extract maximum juice and leaving behind pulp and seeds.
  4. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and a pinch of salt to the strained juice, then stir well to combine.
