Place the cubed watermelon into the blender.

Blend on high speed until the watermelon is completely puréed and smooth, about 30 seconds. You should see a vibrant pink liquid with no large chunks remaining.
Pour the purée through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing gently with the back of a spoon to extract maximum juice and leaving behind pulp and seeds.
Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and a pinch of salt to the strained juice, then stir well to combine.
