  • 2 tbsp fresh horseradish root, grated
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Using a grater, finely grate the fresh horseradish root into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, white vinegar, and Dijon mustard to the grated horseradish and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Notes
