Description
Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish meaning 'mixed rice'. It’s a delicious, nourishing bowl filled with rice, sautéed vegetables, fried egg, and gochujang sauce. It's quick to make, visually appealing, and full of flavor.

Prepare all vegetables by slicing or blanching as needed.Keep each vegetable separate for presentation.

Sauté the zucchini and carrots separately with a pinch of salt until tender.

Place warm rice into each serving bowl and arrange vegetables on top in sections.

Top with a fried egg in the center of the bowl.

Add a spoonful of gochujang and drizzle with sesame oil.You can serve with additional sauce on the side.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
