In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are opaque and cooked through.
In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt. Stir well.
Place cooked shrimp in the warmed corn tortillas. Top with mango salsa and avocado slices. Serve immediately.
